- Products must be returned in unused condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Refund Process
- Since we operate with Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be handled in one of the following ways:
- Replacement of the product (if stock is available)
- Cash reimbursement when the returned product is collected and verified
- Refunds will not be issued for products that are intentionally damaged, used, or returned without valid reason.
